El Salvador at the official launch of the Global Regulated Asset & Digital Exchange Alliance (GRADE Alliance)

MIO3 is one of the founding members of the Global Regulated Asset & Digital Exchange Alliance (GRADE Alliance), an initiative that brings together regulated venues and infrastructure partners to develop a global framework for tokenized financial assets.

The founding members of the alliance—Hydra X, Particula, MIO3 Digital Assets, 21X, Black Manta Capital Partners, Assetera, Texture Capital, Sologenic, and INX (Republic Group)—share a commitment to strengthening transparency, interoperability, and trust in regulated digital asset markets.

“Our role is to represent the Latin American perspective and facilitate access for emerging projects to global capital within international regulatory frameworks,” said Julio Valdés, CEO and Co-Founder of MIO3.

The Compliance Passport and the cross-listing rulebook to be developed within GRADE Alliance are intended as practical tools. These frameworks aim to standardize issuer submissions across jurisdictions while preserving the autonomy of each venue, contributing to reduced friction and more efficient cross-border listings.

For MIO3 Digital Assets, collaboration with these participants reflects a shared focus on building regulated infrastructure for tokenized assets. From El Salvador, GRADE Alliance is seen as an opportunity to connect Latin America’s digital markets with global infrastructure, enabling compliant access to tokenized financial assets and supporting responsible financial innovation in the region.

“We aim to contribute to the development of tokenization standards and product diversification across regulated platforms,” said Nadine Wilke, CGO and Co-Founder of Particula.

The continued expansion of GRADE Alliance reflects a broader industry trend toward collaboration. Each new member contributes to building a network that supports the development of digital capital markets on regulatory and technological foundations.
