The Program
The TOHKN US Public Markets program is a public digital asset issuance framework that enables eligible non-U.S. investors to access tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs through the TOHKN app.
Each token is linked to a corresponding reference asset, such as a U.S. publicly listed stock or ETF, held through regulated broker custody. Tokens are minted when the underlying reference asset is acquired and burned when the underlying reference asset is sold.
Investors can participate using USD-supported payment flows in the TOHKN app. Settlement mechanics, eligibility requirements, fees, redemption rights, and risk factors are governed by the DIR and the official program documents.
Investing involves risks. Always review the DIR and the official offering documents before investing.
How tokenized exposure works
Tokenized exposure allows investors to participate in the economic performance of U.S. stocks and ETFs through blockchain-based digital assets.
These tokens:
- are structured as digital debt instruments
- are backed 1:1 by underlying securities held in regulated custody
- may reflect price performance and applicable distributions from the underlying reference asset
- can be redeemed for USD value through the TOHKN sell flow, subject to program terms
- do not represent direct shareholder registration in the U.S. issuer
- do not grant voting rights or direct shareholder privileges
How to invest
Download the TOHKN app, create your account, complete identity verification, review the DIR and program terms, then select an available tokenized stock or ETF in the app.
