Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Julio Valdes leads TOHKN’s overall strategy, partnerships, and business direction. He is responsible for guiding the company’s vision of expanding access to financial markets across Latin America.

He holds a Doctorate in Law and specializes in financial and transactional law, with experience leading M&A and large-scale transactions. He is also recognized as an early pioneer of tokenization in Latin America, with involvement in regulated digital asset initiatives.

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Felipe Nuila leads the development of TOHKN’s technology platform, including its digital asset infrastructure and product architecture. He oversees engineering and ensures the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

He is a product architect and digital assets specialist, with experience building platforms across GRC, media and entertainment, and financial infrastructure, including blockchain-based investment platforms.

Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Alejandro Argumedo leads growth strategy, user acquisition, and market expansion. He focuses on building TOHKN’s presence across Latin America and driving adoption of the platform.

He previously co-founded Hugo App, which expanded across multiple countries and was acquired by Delivery Hero, and n1co, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in El Salvador.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Carlos Davila leads TOHKN’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance. He oversees financial operations and supports the company’s growth within a regulated digital asset environment.

He brings extensive experience in international finance, including a long tenure at the World Bank Group and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), where he worked on investment, risk, and emerging market financial initiatives.

General Counsel

Alejandra Gomez leads TOHKN’s legal and regulatory strategy. She oversees compliance with applicable frameworks and supports the company’s operations within the digital asset regulatory environment.

She brings extensive experience in banking and financial law, with expertise in securitization, corporate finance, and M&A. She has held legal roles at institutions including Citibank and Banco Cuscatlán.
