Commercialization of LINK, HYPE, UNI, TAO, AAVE, ENA, WLFI, POL, IP, PUMP, ARB, SUI, M, MNT, WLD, PI, LEO, OKB, BGB, and CRO

The commercialization of these digital assets is admissible on Tohkn App, as established by CNAD. They correspond to utility, governance, and/or DeFi protocol or activity-related tokens; accordingly, before carrying out any operation, the User must understand the following: a) The public offering of these digital assets has not taken place in El Salvador nor has it undergone the authorization process with the Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales ("CNAD") as provided for in the Ley de Emisión de Activos Digitales (Digital Asset Issuance Law) and its regulations. For this reason, they do not have a report from a Certifier or a registration number with the CNAD. b) The issuance of these digital assets may or may not be registered in another jurisdiction with a regulatory and/or supervisory authority for digital assets. c) These digital assets are issued and managed by third parties. MIO3, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as a Digital Asset Service Provider, has no direct relationship with or control over their issuance or management process and, therefore, is not able to address complaints, issues, or partial or total losses related to such digital assets. d) The CNAD has no jurisdiction over the issuance protocol or the issuers of these digital assets and, therefore, cannot address complaints, issues, or partial or total losses related to them. e) It is the User's sole responsibility to analyze and understand the characteristics of these digital assets, how they work, and the associated risks before conducting any transaction
